Youth Leadership Ulster

Youth Leadership Ulster is a five-month leadership development program within the Ulster Leadership Development Institute. High school students from 16 school districts in Ulster County who are enrolled in the PTech Program or the Pathways Academy at Ulster BOCES enroll in the program through a competitive process. Designed with the assistance of SUNY New Paltz School of Business and BOCES leadership, the program focuses on introducing students to different leadership styles, developing individual leadership skills, and exploring career opportunities via classroom interactive exercises and on-site company tours. The program debuted in January 2018 via grant support from Key Bank and the Klock Kingston Foundation.
